Advocacy

In Pennsylvania, PCRA is the professional organization for individuals that capture the spoken word. Every professional organization’s main goals should be to educate and advocate for its members, and PCRA does that for our members. It is important to remember that every court reporter needs to continually advocate for their own livelihood.

PCRA is proud to offer our members the skills and techniques to help them advocate for themselves, and to keep our members up to date on challenges and opportunities facing the profession.

In our Members section, you will find updates to critical information on the latest with the legislature and the judiciary.

You will also find some tactics that will help you become a better advocate for yourself and the profession.
